Sumin Namaganda, former Public Relations Manager and Corporate Social Responsibility lead at Airtel Uganda has been appointed as the new Manager Corporate Affairs for Uganda Development Bank(UDB).
Sumin is an accomplished Communications Specialist who joins the bank with over 12 combined years of experience in Communications, Public Relations, and Journalism with a background in media, FMCGs, and Telecommunications.
“In her new role, Sumin will be accountable for the bank’s communications function,” says UDB.
Sumin holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration and Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications.
She has studied Business Strategy at the University of Virginia, USA, and has pursued courses in entrepreneurship from the Universitas Bocconi, Milani, Italy, and a Project planning/management course from the University of Virginia (La Sierra), USA.
“At UDB, Sumin Namaganda will lead the design and implementation of a vast array of interventions to enhance the bank’s visibility and brand health while also ensuring active engagement with key stakeholders and the public,” adds UDB
